ported F23 intake manifold---pics inside
sup guys, look what i've done at work!
when i took the intake manifold apart, i was disappointed, ours aren't like the F22 where the inside of the plenum is one big chamber, we kinda have a pocket inside there, soo it looks like this isn't going to extrude hone. but anyways, i decided to open up the begining of the runners inside the plenum sinced they looked like crap. i sharpened all the walls to try and create the least turbulance. i also started on the throttle body, but it doesn't look good, i damaged my TPS sensor when dropping the engine out of the car, and since the TPS is permanently attached to the throttle body, i had second thoughts, but the switch still works, its just the connector cant stay connected since the clip is busted, duno, maybe i'll try it just to see how good i can get it, then maybe do the one on my car. i thought about opening up the end of the runners, but things are pretty good there, i'm just gonna port match the head to the intake manifold and not touch the intake manifold any more. i wont be touching my engine any time soon, if any of u are, and would like to buy my intake manifold then hit me up.
this is before, i just started a lil, for got to get a whole picture of everything.

this is after. i just sharpened the edges going in and blended them in 2-2 1/2inches.

the head is next! more pics to come!
