Default Powering head unit from regular plug outlet?

I have a factory head unit and speakers lying around. Any idea on how to power the head unit from a regular plug outlet so I can use it a desktop boombox?
I think Radioshack sells some power converters but that's too much cash. I want to do it for as less money as possible. Would a computer power supply work?

computer power supply would work. If you want, I still have long's ATX computer power supply. I have no use for it. I used it to hook up my pioneer deck so it would power the stock deck nicely.
