Default RSR catback on N/A GSR?

A fellow Arkie is selling an RSR catback for $300. I'm under the impression this is a better setup for an FI car, right?
I mean, I was about to start buying up parts for a JDM ITR header, Random cat and custom 2.5" B-pipe. Already have USDM ITR muffler on. This should be a great setup, but the RSR is supposedly badass.
Any comments?

It's good for its quiet qualities and nearly stock appearance. That's it. It is not ideal for F/I, but it is a good exhaust if you want a nearly stock-sounding aftermarket exhaust.

How's power? I wonder how it compares to OEM ITR? I guess THAT'S really my question.

By unbolting my RS*R exhaust after the cat, I gained 7/10 of a horsepower. It seems like it doesn't have too bad of restriction if that was all it gained on my type R internal LS/VTEC motor. It is quiet until I jump on it and so far it is the best sounding exhaust I have heard IMO.
