Default How much should I expect to pay for a CRX?

Doesnt matter what year, I just done want the HF(?is that right?).

The HF is the slower engine right?

Anyway...I want to look for a CRX to start work on, but I have no clue how much they are. I've never been much of a CRX person, or else I woudlnt be asking.

Anyway, thanks for the help.

if you're planning on keeping the stock engine, you dont want the HF, but if you're planning to swap, the HF is a better starting point as it is the lightest weight out of all of them.

As for the price, it varies. I paid 1600 for mine, a 1990 dx that needed a few little things and a paint job. I'm sure others can give you a more exact idea of what they'll typically run you.

u might as well look for an si. if u get a dx then u gotta do the mpfi swap.''fuel injection'' if u get a hf then u have a whopping 65 horse. i got my rust free si for 1600. but consider this. if ur gonna get an hf to be light think about al the weight u usually add on. if u do a swap theres added weight. si knuckles, rear disks, sway bars, it adds up. the only difference in the end is the sunroof.

I paid $800 for a 1991 DX with no rust, a perfect interior, and already converted to MPFI. The only downside was that it didn't have a motor. I just threw my B16A in there, and that little beast is killer. It's even got the sunroof.

Did I mention that it's torino red?? lol.. I was looking for one in that color for a loooong *** time. There were quite a few JDM SiR EF8s in that color... haha.. JDM front-end here I come.

you can expect to pay for a stock one anywhere from 500 to 3k
but if you search long and hard you can get a deal like mine in my sig =D
