Exhaust Leak (Manifold Issue)
Okay so I'm using the stock b16a pre-cat exhaust set up, running into a ghutted stock cat, and a 5zigen fireball exhaust with 2.25" piping...
Here's my issue. Between the manifold right off the block where it goes from 4-1, theres a leak where it's attaching to I guess what you would call the exhaust downpipe/exhaust elbow.
The reason (my guess) is because it only has two bolts (or maybe it's studs with nuts, I'm not sure) in it, the third in the center I have been told will not work by the person who helped me did my swap. It held for the longest time but now the exhaust leak has grown loud and annoying sounding.
So I'm wondering w/o buying some expensive header what I can do. Like is there a way I could drill through the flange part and make it so I could use all three bolts?
I thought it was just a gasket issue because it used to not sound nearly as bad.... but yeah, it's bugging the **** out of me.
