Ever since i got my hatch the lock was broken. The passenger side door cant be opened from outside because the metal rod that connects the handle to the hinge was broken. So i bought a whole new hinge assembly, but its too dahm hard to change it out. I cant make it work. Im pissed and frustrated. If anyone could help me out, in SoCal area id pay 30 bux to get this done. Im trying to sell the car so kinda in a hurry. TY

 

if I was closer I'd do it for free but its really not that hard. take your time and just do it yourself. So you bought a whole new latch assy? the one that bolts to the door with 3 bolts?

 

yeah that one, the stupid window pillar makes it impossible to fit in there

 

if you're talking about the rear window guide that has the rubber channel in it you can remove it. there is one 10mm bolt that holds the bottom in place then you can pull it down and out and you'll have alot more room
