Default Comptech Springs??

i'm looking into dropping my teg. i was thinking of going Comptech springs/Kyb Agx combo. so my question is...

1)comptech springs are listed $179.00 at comptech web, is there anywhere else i can get it cheaper? (on-line comptech dealer maybe?)

2)are comptech springs still made by eibach?

3)for those of you riding on comptech springs? how's the quality of the springs? how's the handling? and how's the ride quality?

thanks

Eibach Proline, H&R OE (.75" drop?), and Comptech....?

With the H&R OE's you don't need to replace your shocks RIGHT AWAY, but you still should eventually. I had stock shocks for about a year and they were noticably bouncy with these springs.
The OE's also have lots of dead coils that can clunk together...pretty annoying.

if you still have good mileage on your shocks you really dont have to replace them(right away) if you get normal springs. its only if you get coilovers. but eventually you will have to replace them
