01 accord lx

my accord is it the same engine as the 92-96 prelude? what year? so can i putt that year prelude parts on my car?

Not even close. Those Preludes (4th generation) had the F22 (SOHC non VTEC), H23 (DOHC non VTEC), and H22 (DOHC VTEC) motors. Your Accord has a reletively new design, the F23 (SOHC VTEC). You might be able to swap a few things like the flywheel or clutch or entire tranny, but for the most part bolt-on Prelude parts will not fit your '01 Accord.
