Default Positive camber after rear suspension installation???

Months ago I purchased some rear trailing arms off a guy in order to swap the rear drums for disks while I was doing a susnension install. Well, long story short it took me about 2 months to get them from the guy and life got busy for a while, so the suspension stayed off the car for around 4-5 months. When I was finally able to put everything back together I re-assembled the rear suspension and found that I had positive camber in the rear. This is obviously the exact opposite of what I expected. Has anybody else run across this before? Is there something obvious I did wrong? I haven't had a chance to get the car back up in the air and take a look at things yet. I was working at night and on the ground just to get the car rolling to get it out of the work parking lot before a deadline, so I may have missed something obvious. One side appears to have more positive camber than the other, but as far as I can tell from visual inspection both sides are assembled the same way. Anybody have a clue what the deal is?

Unfortunately i'm not sure. The guy that sold them to me was a real loser, as I later found out. I'm not even sure it's a matching set, but they appeared similar to the stock arms so I assumed they were most likely compatible...

RexB16, have you tried anything to solve your problem?

i think it has something to do with the camber arm at the top of the trailing arm. i had to replace my trailed arm after some bitch ran me off the road.

did you ever figure this one out? I just put my DA trailing arms on today, and my driver side wheel has a whole lot of positive camber. Passenger side is fine. The integra I took them from hadn't been in an accident, and none of the other arms are bent (all reused from my CRX, which had no camber issues before the swap.) I'm stumped.

I had the same problem with a set of disc trailing arms I purchased off a 91 crx.I figured out that somewhere the arm was twisted or bent but could not see it.So what I did was disassembled my old drum ta's and the disc ta's and switched them out.Everything should interchange. It fixed the problem. Also you might want to replace the ta bushings at the same time if they are bad.

I have positive camber on both sides after my integra rear trailing arm install. I don't care though because my camber kit looks like it should be able to correct it.

i had it too, then i found out that the bolts have that little ridge on them that is supposed to go inside the holes in upper arm. mine didnt get centered and they were actually tighting on outside of hole, therefore looking as if they were tight but they were still a fraction off causing pastive camber. sounds stupid but it happened.
