Default searched and still no answer (timing belt)

I have found some similar problems but not the same as mine. i just put on a new water pump and timing belt on my b16a. i was having trouble getting the tension rite. the first time it was really loose. after a few trys i go it pretty tight but it seems to be looser at certain positions/ and now it dosent wobble as much but it do when i go up to about 5k rpm or when i let off the throttle. it wobbles about 1/2 to 1in. is this normal or do i need to tighten more. im scared to drive it. please help!

Did you turn the crank about 3 cam teeth to take up the slack before you tightened down the tensioner bolt..
