Did i just ruin my clutch? transmission? or both?
Well, i went to back out onto the road and this car started to come up on me really fast, so i dumped the clutch and gunned it. Engine just reved really high and the clutch did not catch properly. Then it smelled like burnt clutch. Now my clutch kinda feels mushy and like it isn't catching/holding very well. Also, acceleration is crap now. So what do you think it is? Clutch? Transmission? Both? Thanks for any replies.

You'd be fine replacing it with an OEM clutch. If you're planning on doing any mods to the car then yeah, you might want to look at something more performance oriented.
i don't have the tools or a garage to replace a clutch, so how much do you think it should cost to get this done at a shop?

No way...are you serious? I was thinking maybe half that or just a little more than half of that. HOLY CRAP! Thats a 1/4 of an engine swap...why not just replace the whole engine? HAHA! Maybe all just get a b16a2...

ummm...alright. Get an engine swap. THEN get your clutch fixed. For $500ish.
In case you missed that an engine swap will not effect your broken clutch in the least.
