Default Vibration up through steering wheel when on boost = confusion

I get a noticeable vibration up through the steering wheel on the drivers side when I get on the gas about mid to full throttle. The strange thing is its ONLY at 5000 rpm in 2nd gear and then it goes away every other rpm and gear!

Im also noticing a dip in power which is what has me concerned. I had a new clutchmasters kit, lightened ACT flywheel and new axles put in and thats all ive changed on the car. Its a built GSR B18c, stock head, stock IM, stock TB, with sc61, hondata and 2.5/2.25 exhaust. Please help im stumped.

possibilities i think are:
1 not well balanced tires
2 warped rotors
3 bad axles
4 bad bushings
