89 CRX B16a swap. idles real high on cold start, i searched and seen that a lot of people have this problem, I know it should idle high ,but 2500 seems a little high to me, and for such a long time. Well HERE IS MY QUESTION, i know there is a Throttle body hole test, My car idles really damn high , then when i remove my intake and plug my finger over the bottom hole the idle goes right to normal. WHat does this mean. bad FITV? bad Iac ??? The idle when i first start up is just totally intense and driving me mad.......I already took off my fitv and checked to see if that plastic screw plug deal was screwed in all the way, and it is A.O.K. also screen on iac doesnt seem to be dirty,,, PLEASE HELP , any suggestions?
