Default JDM ECU OK?

i have an h22a4 and im converting it to obd1 for my 94 accord, and need an ecu. will a jdm p13 ecu be ok, if i happen to come upon one of those as opposed to a us? Does it matter, and what would be better?

only difference that i know of that really makes a difference is the fuel cut-off.

my jdm ecu has a speedlimiter at 112mph, or whatever it is near that speed. I know its right at the very top of 4th gear.
