i was told that these were ITR camshafts. they dont look like ITR cams by the engraved and portruding rings on the distributor side of the camshaft. i have no idea what cams these are. all i know is that these are b-series cams.

the only cam that it looks similar to is the b17a cams but they look like this:

the intake cam does not have the 1 "engraved" ring but it has the 3 "portruding" ring.

first one looks like 96+ gsr cam and the second one looks like b17 gsr cams

Id say it was a 3rd gen+ gsr cam.

 

Where did you buy them from? I pucrhased some about a year ago and was all over the deal, I think I gave hime $150 when he wanted $200. But I looked at them and looked for the rings and was LIKE WTF!!! I searched and searched and couldn;'t find the pics like above, I went to the machine shop and mic'ed them and they were exactly the same specs as some stock 00 B16A cams. I finallyt found the pics and confirmed, I got my money back even though he tred to screw me. But I believe those are the GSR 92-93 cams the same I had gotten originally. And here is 96-98 ITR, CTR and 00-01 ITR cams

the thing is that the intake cams between the cams i have and the b17a's are slightly different. there is 1 engraved ring where the distributor slot is. the b17 doesnt have that

 

anybody? the b17a cams dont have the 1 ring engraved like the ones i have
