Got a 98 lude with an autostick(unfortunately) the transmission seems to be in "limp mode" (no R, D1, D3, D4; just D2) I know virtually nothing about these trannys, wondering if any of you guys could PLEEEASE help out w/any info.

 

They, err, are not good. Honda sent me a 100k mile warreny, and, sure enough, at 42k the tranny was replaced. Good luck!!!

 

SS trannys suck... sounds like yours is gonna break soon.

 

yea sounds like your tranny is going out...You can reset your ecu and see what happens. Should be able get your car out a limp mode for a while.
