HELP!!!! IDLE ISSUE AND POWER ISSUE!!!!!

b16a2 swap
si wiring harness
si ecu
similar issue that was happening to ek00itr. when i swaped the motor,
my idle was on 1200 and when is step on the gas slowly power seems to be
fluctuating like its loosing power in and out somwhere around 1600 rpm.
i unplugged the tps sensor also adjusted the throttle.
that fixed it and never had any problem for about 2 weeks now.
was driving home and same **** started happening. but what weird is when
i turn the car off and start it back up, the rpm is at 900 and seems fixed but 3 mins later the rpm starts going up to 1200 rpm and same problem is back when you step on the gas.
i also tried unplugging the tps sensor and throttle cable is tight. didnt
fix this time.
