You should search, decide what you want out of your car then go from there.

id say a fpr/and clutch, and some nice street slicks 555r's or azenis, and a vtec controller, i did a 14.901 wiht just i/h/e and street slicks, so im sure u can get in mid 14's with just a few more bolt ons, and some proper tuning with vtec controller
later on u should think about cams, cam gears, manifold, valves, full valve train, throttle body, and a good port and polish would help definately =D, by the way are you looking for all motor? forced induction? or nicely built motor that squeezin?

fi would be nice but i dont have the money for that... so i'm just building up for now, nitrous does sound nice but i'm not sure how it will hold up on my motor. i have 103k miles... it would be very very nice though.. anyone know if i will lose hp with an intake manifold and stock cams with just bolt ons? Thanks

im at 99k and 500 miles almost 100k and squeeze 75 shots, if that will help ya out in determining whether to queeze or not, NX is the only way to go for nitrous =D

Unless you plan on using it only as a grocery getter, then a suspension upgrade would be wise.

go on team-integra.net and read the articles on airflow.. you'll see what you want/need in an all-motor setup to get some good gains out of bolt ons and tuning.. don't just slap on parts and expect results. honda engineered the motors for certain specs, you can't start ****** **** up and just give the engine more to breathe without thinking of other things such as velocity and the quality of airflow. read the articles, it seems like no one on this board does, they're there for a reason

I have to disagree with some of what you said. I wouldn't touch cam gears without a dyno, and unless it's a CTR N1 pulley, then it really won't help.

some cams get less power then stock if not advanced or retarded, dyno tune is the best for cams, but if u put stage 2's in u gotta advance or retard, em in order for ur car to even run right, before even talking about power adder, personally i say, get rid of power steering and a/c and u dont gotta worry about pulleys =D

my goal now i think is to hit 200whp n/a... How are the skunk2 stage 2 cams with skunk valvetrain?? i was reading stuff over at clubsi and a lot of ppl were losing hp with skunk2 manifold and just bolt ons...like a lot of low end power.. is this true for my 95gsr? Thanks

I would suggest getting your head ported and polished and getting oversized valves that have also had a valve job done on them. At the same time have them install your upgraded valve train for the cams ... then when you have more money get some bad *** cams and gears .. then your car would warrent a further upgrade in airflow, fuel, and spark

your going to need some aggresive cams and a nice P&P head. Hondata, and a good tuner.
