APEXi....VAFC 2.....How to use properly??
We got this and will have it installed Monday......
But with the range of options you can really mess your car up if not used right.....
Does anyone have this on the 97-01 Prelude????

What mods do you have? If only the basic I/H/E, I suggest not adjusting too much past stock settings. Otherwise, to extract the most out of your mods, dyno tune it with a wideband O2.
Yes, We are thinking of not even using it. The prelude will be equiped with the basic I/H/E and other than that no engine work.
My friend wants to keep it stock internaly so he can Daily Drive it....So it really isn't worth installing is it??

1. you buy it
2. You install it (or get someone who knows what they are doinh)
3. Take your car to a place with reputable tuner and get it dyno tuned.
NOt sure what you mean how to use it properly, it sits there and you can play with the flashy lights, but nothing to use so to speak. Once it installed, maybe you could use it as a light source in the car.

No, it is definetly worth installing and will probably yield more results than any one of the other bolt-ons you're planning on doing. I've seen a up to a 10 whp increase with vafc's. the most important thing though is make sure you're on a dyno and have a competent tuner. Its a relatively cheap mod (or can be) and will yield great results for the money.
