Default prelude type-s cams

hey guys

i just saved enough money to buy some cams and cam gears for my 5th gen lude and was wondering would the prelude type-s cams drop right in and would i see a power difference with them? also would the str cam gears fit onto the type s cams

also how could u tell if they are really type-s cams? would there me a number or something on them?

thanks

Search. Seriously. Nobody who knows anything will answer you without at lease posting your setup... and even then,

At best you will have numbers less than stock JDM s-spec if you are stock otherwise...

Yes, Type-S cams would "drop right in", but for that matter so would any set of cams designed for an H22. And yes, STR cam gears would fit on to the Type-S cams, but if you have saved up enough money for Type-S cams you should look into Skunk2 or Crower, they are similarly priced and and way beefier...

only if you can get a good deal on the type s cams..ie - like 300 dollars, i suggest you put it in... but if it's new for 600, you can buy better profiled cams like skunk2s or crowers

Search.....everyone, this is beat to death. As it was said, type s cams are a waste of money. Similar cash will get you way way better parts.
