Default B20Z in my 89' cx/Need help!

putting a B20Z in my 89' CX, here's what I got....

-2000 B20Z Engine
-91 Integra RS tranny (cable)
-91 Integra RS distributor

Have harnesses from both engines 91 Integra B18A and B20Z. Can I use these? Or should I just go with a 88-91 Civic SI Engine Harness? Also got the RS resistor box and 88-91 Civic SI resistor box. Which one do I use? Last but not least, Need an ECU. Which one can I use? Thanks for your help!

first off, what is an 89 cx? Do you mean a crx? or a dx or what?
Is ur car dpfi or mpfi?
If it's dpfi, ull have to swap to mpfi first.
The 90-91 teg and 88-91 si wiring are all identical. Just put in the motor, hook up ur si mpfi wiring to the motor. If ur using the 90-91 teg PR4, then you should use the same injectors. But, you can also use the PM6 if you wanted to and slap in the PM6 injectors into ur 90-91 teg manifold. But, if you can get ahold of 90-91 teg injectors and matching PR4 ecu, I would suggest to do so. Also, the injector resistor boxes may have a little different shape between them, but they're all the same. They are all using 6 OHM resistors. So, it doesn't matter which on u use. But, most people use the 88-91 si one because it looks better and most people compare the teg one to a twinky....lol.
Hope i helped.

well anyhow u want it, telling u the model either a cx or dx, it's still dual point OEM wise. I wanna know if the OEM DX harness (cab harness) (U like that PAT?) works with the PR4 ecu?

Sorry it was AM lol..

Just use the Si engine harness and graft it onto your DPFI harness, then use the integra ecu, which will plug right in to ur chassis harness since they are both obd0
