How can i change to 4 x 114.3 bolt pattern?

Is it even possible? I want to fit 4x114.3 type r rims on my 89 hatch. Or does anyone know of type r copies in 4x100 ?

Well you would have to convert your suspension to 4x114.3 ITR suspension
