Noob question: Civic Type R suspension?

Default Noob question: Civic Type R suspension?
Does anyone know if the 96 to 98 Civic Type R (JDM or Euro-spec) came with the 4x114 bolt pattern, or did all of them come with the five lug suspension? If they were indeed available with the 4x114 suspension, does anyone have a pic? All the pics I've found show them having a five lug...thanx for your help.

only 5 lug...96 integra type r came with 4x114 pattern
