Default B16 DX crx swap info??

Just want too hear from someone who has done it before.I have been searching for a while and im still too not clear what i need too do for wiring.Do i need too buy that harness from hasport for 400+?Or can i just use the ecu that i get with the swap and modify my dx harness like i would for a mpfi swap and add a wire for vtec too a RPM switch?

still searching and not getting a real clear answer.Looks like basically do the mpfi swap as you would normally. Then you can buy that harness converter from hasport????Not really sure of this.I would like too avoid it if possible too save me all the extra money. Also i was just gonna run vtec through a rpm switch for now.

Use the stock Pr3 B16a ecu and run the (2) wires for vtec to that.....rpm switch is bootleg...besides that wire it Up like a normal MPFI...dont forgot to run another wire for your second o2 and 1 wire for your knock sensor

If you use the pr3 or pwo ecu you only need to run 4 extra wires. These wires directly connect the extra b16 sensors with the ecu.

DO NOT ghetto rig it with a rpm switch.

Do some research for a while on here and you'll figure it out. I'll try and look around for the specific sites i used to do my wiring.

the 75 dollar converter harness just has plugs that go to your knock sensor , your 2nd o2, and 2 for your vtec solinoid. Then you run the wires to the ecu. ( the wires have the ecu pins already on them).
My motor came with a cut harness....had all these 4 plugs already I just have to extend wire to the ecu and put pins on them and pop them in. In my opinion the hasport harness is nice but not necessary.
