There's a lot you can do. It depends on what you want out of it. An easier and more gains would probably be a K20A2 head swap or even the whole engine swap. If you want, you can also buy turbo kits or a Jackson Racing supercharger. The K20A3 seems to love boost. If you don't have that much to spend yet, like everyone would say, I/H/E.

I prefer starting with the suspension. But really, it depends on what you want to do with your car.

Lowering and rims is the 1st thingas I would do. Then get an HKS exhuast or Magnaflow. Then, do intake and header. End with hondata and Hondata IM gasket. If you want to skip all the bullshit, go for the swap. You will love the 6 speed. Either way you go, you will have about the same amount of power. I just wanted a mild setup, so I just went with an exhaust and lowering and rims so my dealer won't get all butt hurt.

Head swap is the cheapest, but hardest thing to do.

I/H/E=Intake, Header, and Exhaust (usually includes a midpipe and muffler)

My advice is to lurk for a few months before you spend any money... you'll have a better idea of what to get, and wont rush into something you might regret buying.

hatch2k has a point there. lurk around and see whats out there and what you really want to do. one thing i would say to buy is hondata for sure. good luck on your car man. im still having fun with mine right now...i have a few things done to it and im loving it.
