ok I got this 90 Si and Im doing a mini me swap, A6 block and Z6 head. Aight Im gonna have a VAFC2 comming in and need to make it work with the vtec. Do I need another ecu? or will the stock one work? Ive searched but didnt find much. Like will the VAFC control everything with my stock ecu, and how would the wiring go. Ive done some reaserch and havent realy heard anything of swaping the ecu to make this swap work.

i believe you use the z6 ecu from the 92-95 ex/si. The controller will require a couple ecu wirtes but beyond that you should be fine with your ecu

 

i think you can wire the vafc to work with pm6, except gotta run vtec wires instead of tapping

 

yea, that's what i had to do with my VAFC w/ PM6 ECU.
