Default Clutch/Transmission problem?

I have been suspecting that my clutch is going but I cant be sure. This week and last week ive been having an intermitant problem:
I press the clutch in to shift and it wont go into the next gear, I have to double clutch and then almost force it into gear. Sometimes it will slide into gear with double clutching but other times it will grind a bit or grind so that I cannot put it into gear.
Since my prelude is my daily commuter this really really sucks in traffic and I need something I can drive without ******* it up.
Is there anything that needs adjusting? is my clutch gone (i dont really have problems with slipage) or is my tranny gone?
all help is appreciated thanks guys.

I had this same problem.. I put some synchromesh in and it seemed to help a lot. The grinding never completely went away though.. and honda doesnt seem to want to do anything about it.

Someone help us out. All my gears seem to do this(4th isnt too bad).. so I dont really think it's my synchros.. or am I wrong? Is there any way to check?
