i've got a 1st GEN b16a1 in my Hatch and wondering who makes a header for it. i noticed it has two O2 sensors on it side by side. Any input will be appreciated. Thank you for your time.

 

There isn't a US brand that will have the two O2 sensor bungs welded at the right place for the JDM B16.
I have a DC 421 header and I had a mufler shop weld the two bungs near the stock location on the stock manifold.

I highly recomend you do that, other wise the engine will sputter.

 

maybe thats why mine is running like ***. who knows..... screw my car, i hate it.

 

i gotta DC SPORTS 4-1 header o my CRX. It performs well, you should get 1..

I have a DC SS 4-1 too...... i need an exhaust though to actually get the most from it

 

Get a Hypertech Shogun tuner... NO redline <unless you count valve float> and you can tune out the problems the single o2 hook up causes

 

i got a lightspeed proseries header 421 its allright i guess not for the price i paid for it though when i put my o2 in i just connected the two wires into one because the header i have only has one hole for the o2 sensor in the collector.

 

I can live with it for now. You like always getting beat by a car lenght or two? Ahhhh. Damn i'm cold

Italian Supersprint makes a header for the B16A1. It has two O2 sensor mountings.

 

Katmann is going to reprogram my PR3 to only need one, get rid of the speed limiter, raise the redline to whatever I need (9,200 probably), and change the VTEC x-over to whatever I need (5,200 for now when I get the swap).

The I can run any single O2 header I want ........ but i'm going to get SMSP to custom build me a 4-2-1 with crazy fat collectors and no under car clearance issues ....... so I can get the exact bung location from that.

 

HEY! whats wrong with my clutch? ur just pissed cuz mine is three times as easy as yours, and holds more than enough power.
