Default ES bushings: red or black?

I'm about to order some polyurethane bushings and have decided to go with Energy Suspension (anyone care to state why they like Prothane better or vice versa?). I was curious though about whether people recommend getting the black bushings or red bushings. I really don't care what color my bushings are as long as they work. The difference then you ask? ES claims that they've added graphite to the black bushings to help prevent squeaking. Prothane says that such gimmicks don't work and can in effect weaken the bushing. Anyone have any experience with either color? Anyone have any problems with bushings failing or tearing? Thanks for any input or advice offered.
