i got 5k to spend on a crx what should i do?

It really depends. you could put together a good turbo setup and rebuild the D-series for boost or go B-series. Lots of options.

I was in the sam eposition as you about a year ago, i just ran d16a6 for a while, but get your hands on an ls b18a1, get a b18a2 head intake t-body etc (flows better) and than boost the **** out of it. also get a 90-91 crx si front bumper, they look better. and if you want do the internals on the ls, get some 8.5:1 je forged, eagle rods, and then get alot of head work done.

There are so many directions to go, first choose what you want to get out of your Rex, high hp, good looks, or in between. Then go from there. Good luck.
