but is there a muffler i can put on the car if need be and it will not get rid of the turbo wine. i mean i can just run the 3" the rest of the way out off the back end of the car and it is not that loud tell i get on it. but it is always going to be that loud because of the open wg under the motor.

dynomax ultra flow 3" in and 3" out, turbo sounds as mad as it did when i had no exhaust before just downpipe. best of all its a factory looking muffler and looks sick on my crx.

That't not the point, point is that cops arent able to see if you have a CAT or not without looking underneath the car, however, they're able to see if you have a muffler or not by getting behind you, a 3" straight wont hurt performance and will keep you from getting tickets.
Just me oppinion.
