how low is too low?...camber problem.

Default Please help....New Springs Or Camber kit?

ok..my HB is droped low as hell..not sure how much but its almost touching the wheels..i was wondering if its better to get a camber kit OR if there is a way i can lower my car without the camber getting all messed up...like how many inches can i drop my car (using springs) before my camber starts goin bad..thanx alot...

camber is a measure in degree, it's not a part of your car.

rules of thumb, 2 inch or more=get a camber kit

i'll say get some ingalls camber-kit, then an alignment.
But, if your ride isn't lower more then 1.5in, just an alignment will work.

If your car is dropped to low, the way to fix that is to not apply a band aid to the problem but to actually raise it to the right height.

Your camber will be correct when the car is at the right height.
