Brake Light on dash ON although all brake lights are working
What's up with the brake light indicator on the dash? It remains on all the time even though all my brake lights are working as the should.
Any fuses I should be checking?
Car is a 91 Accord EX-R.
Thanks.

yep check the fluid and top it off. also check the cap on bottle and floats.. someone also had a probelm with the switch which was causing the light to stay on all the time. i still say brake fluid
If its the same light that goes on when your ebrake is on...its a problem with your brakes (check fluid etc etc). If its the one in the car diagram, its a burnt out tail light, also double check the double filament bulbs (which is all but your 3rd brake light
).

Not sure if weather has anything to do with it but I had the exact same problem this morning on my 99 GSR. A cold front came through last night and this morning it was 36F. I left for class and on the way notice the e-brake light was still on. It would go away anytime a pressed the brake firmly. On the way home the light never came on but when I checked the fluid it was about a 1/2 below the max fill line. Going to store to snag some fluid on the way to next class. Pretty sure this was the cause and fluids is the fix. (Checked all 4 pads last weekend they appeared to have atleast 50% left.)
