Default skunk2 intake manifold problems

i am having a prob with my skunk2 intake mani that i installed yesterday
i am pretty sure that i have everthing in the right spot
when i started the car it idled alright a little high but it hasnt been ran in a while
but when it drops down to a lower idle and you rev it up a bit it goes up and then stays a lot high then it should be at around 2 grand
i do not know what the prob is i m gonna pick up the diagnostics thing from my friend and hook it up
if any of you guys have had this same prob let me know and if and how you fixed it

do you still have the stock GSR Throttle cable? if so it might be sticking since a lot of the time it hits the hood

Make sure your throttle cable isn't too tight, and check for vacuum leaks
