Equivalents to which plug? Your title/questions do not make sense. What engine would you like suggestions for?

ZFR7F-11 != BCPR7ES-11

ZFR7F-11: 14mm, 3/4" reach, 5/8" hex, gasket seat, resistor, ISO length, projected extended tip, V-power (v-grooved center electrode), .044"gap.

BCPR7ES-11 (there is no BCPR7E-11): 14mm, 3/4" reach, 5/8" hex, gasket seat, JIS height, projected tip, resistor, .044"gap.

BKR7E: 14mm, 3/4" reach, 5/8" hex, gasket seat, ISO length, projected tip, resistor, V-power (v-grooved center electrode)

Courtesy of http://www.sparkplugs.com, where you can also buy them

Just an aside, I use BCPR7ES in my H22, works great. ZFR7F is a copper equivalant to the OEM platinum H22 plug.
