Default Intake instalation help for 90 lx

Ok i have a long ram intake running off the old rubber **** from where the old air box used to be. Ive seen some peoples with like a hole running into the wheel well. by the look of it it seems like if i cut a hole the intake will be between the wheel and the fire wall. Please help, what can i do. Now i have the intake going to the front right behind the radiator fan! HELP

try to run it as close to the ground as possible, for every 1 gallon of water your engine consumes=50 horse power

if it consumes any water into the engine wont the engine start to putter and bogg out? Right now the filter is right under the fan to the radiator and 4 inches from the bottom of the bumper. If i cut the hole and run the intake into the wheel well (between tire and fire wall) will it be ok there? Again what about water getting sucked into the engine, friend had it happen to him and the motor was done for.

1 more thing ever since i put the intake on the clutch has seemed to be getting stiff at times. somtimes its soft and sometimes its stiff as ****.

Hydrostatic seizure is some bad stuff man. I don't know what to tell you man. did you look to see if you can see where the stock airfilter had it's air coming from? There should be like some black tubing. Most cars you remove that and then place the filter in there.

april fool's about my water post..

you will have to enlarge the hole below the battery so the filter fits inbetween the fender and lining.
