Default HELP! Code 9

Well, we just swapped my old ZC into my friend's EF. When I had it, it was running code 4 and 16 (fuel injection and crank angle). Now it is running a code 9, which is cylinder 1. Does anyone know why this happened, and how it can be fixed? Thanks.
