you could tighten the throttle cable a little and raise the idle rpm by a couple hundred or so

OK, i just checked and its throwing a cel 45.

System Too Lean or Too Rich malfunction in the fuel monitoring systems
cspeedracing.com

What steps do you take to fix that? I mean, what is something to at first, or the most obvious.

Thanks

ok....if you are running really lean...your spark plugs are probably too cold...not really sure on the rich part, somebody lemme know if I am correct...

thanks, so i should check my plugs, see whether im running rich or lean, and go from there.

I thought i heard that an 02 sensor, the secondary one, could throw off the a/f reading if it wasnt in or not working, and the ecu, or fpr or whatever, would send more or less fuel. In which case, can it be disabled.?

well if you cut the wire from the o2 sensor..your car might bog out and run like ****. But first thing i would do is check your plugs...what kind are you running right now
