clutch not catching / catching high
well i finally let someone else drive my car (a buddy of mine with a WRX with a buncha mods). He drives it for a bit and beats it a bit to see if it's got any ***** (i dont know how to spell cahuna's <-- probably wrong lol).
So he tells me that when he drops the clutch it catches VERY high (which it does) and that when he hits the gas after shifting the flywheel (i think i dont know jack about how the car works but i think that is correct?) spins and doesnt catch for a while. is this common with the gsr? and if it is, if i just replace the flywheel will that fix it?

Try bleeding the clutch fluid before anything else. I know I have to bleed the clutch just right to get the feel of the clutch I want and for it to catch low.
No its not common, but if you replace your clutch, i think you'll be in business. And no you do not replace the flywheel, just the pressure place and clutch
