Default '91 Integra Intake Question

I searched for a long time for this and couldn't come up with anything so here it is.

I just threw on an Intake from my old car onto my GF's '91 Integra(Auto). Now I've got the Valve cover hose connected into the Intake tube, but she has a couple vacuum hoses that also came from the Throttle cable area, and another one that came off the intake manifold. What are they, and what should I do with them?
Heres a pic, they are the 2 hose that are right ontop of the silicon coupling.

The 92 Acura Integras only have one of those hoses for the mechanism that is operated by the throttle butterfly. My brother has a 91' 4door Integra and he remove both of those mechanisms that those two lines go to. I really didn't notice any difference between having the hoses or not it seemed to be all right.

So you both mechanism's off, or just the hoses off the mechanism.

What I did is drilled two holes
placed to nipples
sealed them with quick steel and hooked them up..

Drill 2 little holes in the silicon and shove those metal "L"'s in there. Problem solved. I did that on mine.
