Can you put a newer si tranny (hydraulic) on a B16A1? cause i dont want cable tranny

Only if you use HASport mounts and the HASport cable to hydro conversion (which my crx will eventually get in the future).

the answer is yes....with the cable to hydro conversion....hasport makes anything possible...hahah..

go get an ITR lsd hydro tranny :D
or go with a ys1 cable lsd if your worried about the expense of getting the hydro kit.

Could you guys let me know what the difference is between a cable tranny, and a Hydralic tranny is? I here soooo many people talk about them...Im not very knowledgable in trannies!

the difference is a hydro tranny uses hydraulic lines to engage the clutch, a cable trans uses a cable to engage the clutch

If you already have the tranny then go for it, another 150-200bux for the conversion and your good to go. Be careful if you plan on buying a JDM land tranny due to common grind problems and lack of part availability

theres not a whole lot more to it than that. one uses a cable to engage/disengage the clutch, and the other uses a hydraulic system. i'm sure theres probably a 20 pages description on one of those HowStuffWorks.com pages or whatever they are if you really want to read into it that much.
