hey where do u guys have ur vtec at and what kind of readings are u guys putting out and also the mods with the vafc im trying to compare

my vtec is ast 5000 and i leaned it out 3% and i got cai, testpipe, and exhaust

 

There is no same settings for each car. Every car reacts different to mods, each car usually puts out different power. There are too many variables. So setting your VAFC to someone else's won't do you any good. Best bet is to get to the dyno and tune it.
