Default vtec head on a 91 is it possible

ok i have been told you can and you cant i was wondering if you can take a vtec head from a newer accord and put it on my 91 accord i am not the smartest with motor so if i did would it be hard or is it even worth it thanks

i have the f22a1 so what head whould i use and is it a real hard swap and how the hell can i put a h22 head on it
