My question is how do I go about calculating the compression ratio on my JDM b18c. I know its 10.5:1 stock, but Im adding a Cometic head gasket in hopes of lowering it a bit so I can boost a little higher. Just would like to know what compression ratio I will be looking at after the head gasket is installed so Ill have a good idea where to stop with the boost befor I break all kinds of crap. BTW other than the parts mentioned above the motor itself is stock. Im only shooting for about 7 psi daily and about 10 or so at the track, but if I can go a little higher with this setup SAFELY I would like to.
