Default Tune Up Kits

Sorry if I sound stupid, but I'm brand new to the car world, I'm only 17. I have a 2003 Civic EX and I was told that I should get a "tune up kit" that comes in like stages 1, 2, 3, or 4. I was told to get a 3. However, I cannot find anything about such a kit at any automobile part websites. What exactly is this and where can I find it? Also, what other worthwhile mods can I put on my car, but try not to get too technical for me. Thanks.

I was told stage 4 is like all racing and is not meant for road and, being a high schooler, i'm only using my car for road. 3 is supposed to be road/race, and 2 and 1 are, you know, more and more towards road. This is all stuff I've heard from friends, I personally can't even name almost anything under the hood of my car. Maybe these things don't exist, I dunno. Also, what useful mods can I do to my car and I thought I was in the civic forum, my bad.

Do I really need to do stuff like that to a new car with about 800 miles on it? I dunno if you were sarcastic or not, as I said, I'm still learning about cars.

well thats what you would call a tune up and thats what you asked for.....right?

I wouldn't suggest for a car that has 800 miles on it.......I would take it easy for the first couple thousand miles so that the car last.......but I'm sure its too late...wish I had a nice car in highschool....but then it turns out I did.....84 crx dx first car

No you don't have to do what he mentioned till you get a little bit more mileage..
As for "tuneup" in stage 1-4 that's some what misleading..
You might be thinking of upgrade packages in a video game?
Like stage 1 would be bolt ons.. Stage 2 would be a turbo.. stage 3 and 4 would be "better" turbos?
Basically if you want your car fast, you shouldn't have started with a new civic. but you can do little things like intake/exhaust/header and be a LITTLE faster.. or you could go turbo (one hell of a lot more expensive than i/h/e) but you'd also be one hell of a lot faster..

No you dont need a tune up after 800miles.
