Engine squeaking/squealing at 2300 rpms

Engine squeaking/squealing at 2300 rpms
A few weeks ago I noticed a squeaking/squealing noise from the block (It sounds like half way to the bottom of the block) It only does it when the car has been running for a while and hot. It does it at 2200-2300 rpms in nuetral or in any gear. I was hoping it was the timing belt tensioner or the heat shield but it wasn't. What else could it be? rod bearings? does the water pump make any noises when its going bad. timing belt tensioner and water pump were both replaced around 6k miles ago
