how to run aem wb instead of stock O2 with aem ems all the time?
Anyone can help me out? I'm gettin it tomm 
and what all do I have to do to set the GM 3bar to run with the aem ems? I know theres a tech forum on aem but i couldnt find anything that i can understand!

The ems has some pre-set values for the common map sensors. If I remember correctly, they do have one for the gm 3-bar. The only thing you will get from the aem forum is a bunch of pissed off customers. Anyway, you will be able to pick various options which are already in the program. Good luck!

Well, its been a while since I used the ems. Maybe they have some stuff fixed up now. But back when I was using it, the web site was mostly people having problems. There were a couple of people who knew thier crap, but they were supra guys.

The ems forum is very slow if your waiting for replies. Chances are that the your question, no matter what it is has been asked 10 times or more. Remember that all ems's are pretty much the same so don't limit yourself to looking in the honda section. To change your o2 sensor go to:
Setup > Sensors > Oxygen sensor > O2#1 > O2#1 Setup ---> choose wb.
Setup > Sensors > Oxygen sensor > O2#1 > O2#1 Setup ---> choose wb.
