im just trying to help a friend who wants to build up his lude..hes got a 98 sh and so far hes got catback exhaust, cold air intake, pulleys..What else can he do for an all motor set up such as headwork, cams, valves..And what kind of numbers should he expect with this work. Is it worth it goin all motor..or is turbo the way to go?

N/A is very hard to get above 220whp under a budget...
boosting is best bang for the buck, but atts starts messing up at 250whp..best idea is to remove atts and then boost it.
