Default Best Exhaust and Header for JRSC

I have a 99 civic si with an Apex-i N1 cat-back and Apex-i Gt Spec Headers. I was wonder what the best setup on a JRSC is for Header and Exhaust systems? Also what are some good pistons to use to get my compresion ration down and what is the best compresion ration to run on if i buy the JRSC system that allows me to put out 12psi? What are some other things i can do to get my ratio down?

It's amazing when you ask a question such as this it seems to be totally ignored. As far as the header is concerened everyone tells me the Kamikaze header is the way to go. I called Importparts.com today & they said it was only $238+s/h.
