h22 in 89 hatch?
it is possible. first off, the EF civic forum will be most beneficial to you. second, HASport sells a kit you would need. third, for about the same price, you could swap in a k-series motor from a new civic si or rsx. this is a new thing. so, it would be cool to be one of the few with this swap. if you get the rsx-s motor, you will have the same amount of power as an h22, about the same amount of torque. but, your powerband will be much broader(thanks to i-vtec) and the engine will be much lighter, plus you can get a 6-speed. i think the biggest issue you'll have with either motor is wiring.
you know what, man...i typed in h22 hatch to prove to my friend that people just don't know how to use the damn search button, and three post popped up that had the EXACT same title, and by the same person...and not one of them has another post in it by the creator....
that car is a hybrid, that topic goes in the hybrid section, you need to use the search button...
thanks, bye
